Terms of Use

1. The service

Knowigo is a multiplayer party game in which friends write questions about each other and guess the answers. The service is provided by Bora Tarhan.

2. Account and age

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Knowigo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure; do not share your password.
• Your display name must not impersonate others and must follow the content rules below.

3. User content and rules

You are responsible for the questions, answers, bluffs, penalties, wheel topics and display name you write. The following are prohibited:

• Hate speech; demeaning statements targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
• Sexual harassment, unwanted sexual requests and any sexual content involving minors.
• Threats, bullying or persistent attacks intended to humiliate someone.
• Sharing other people's personal information (address, phone number, ID details, etc.) without permission.
• Illegal content or calls to illegal activity.

4. Moderation

• If you come across content or a player that breaks these rules, report it to support@knowigo.com; including the room code and date helps us review faster.
• We review reports as soon as possible. We may remove content that breaks the rules and restrict accounts temporarily or permanently.
• A room host can remove a player who breaks the rules from the room.

5. Use of your content

You own the content you write. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to use it to run the game (showing it to other players, keeping it in game history). If you delete your account, your content is anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Ad credits and modes

• In the mobile app (in testing) you can earn credits by watching ads and use them for some modes.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and may reset weekly.
• If in-app purchases are offered in the future, they are subject to the terms and refund rules of the respective store (App Store, Google Play).

7. Availability

Knowigo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruptions or errors; we may change, add or remove features.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for content written by players or for indirect damages arising from the service being unavailable. This does not affect liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
